Those of you who live in genuinely cold countries, feel free to laugh.
But it's freezing in Sydney today. 10-12C (50-54F) across the city, there has to be a windchill factor on top of that. Very light showers.
Snow across areas of NSW, including areas within an hour or two of Sydney: Katoomba (in the Blue Mountains), Orange, Bathurst, Bowral (Babe country).
I've got my ugg boots on. It's a shock to the system, especially since we've been into the 20s (around 70F) over the last few weeks.
***
We're cable enabled. Bloody amazing. Takes 30 second to download mp3s, used to take 15-20 minutes.

Season finale of Medium last night. I so love that show. And while it probably sounds strange, my favourite part was the bit where she caught her jacket on the chair and how it was just left in/not refilmed and she just continued on. Made it so real.
And very last episode of Tru Calling - *sob*. And it was getting so damn interesting. I understand this episode was never screened in the US?
ETA: Tru Calling season 1 and 2 are being released here on dvd in August according to ezydvd. Will have to check that season 1 has the same extras as released in the US. But I don't think season 2 has been released in the US yet.

Date: 2005-06-23 05:38 am (UTC)It's just dropped to 9.8C in Sydney.
I loathe humidity with a passion. I barely cope with Sydney in February.

Date: 2005-06-23 07:03 am (UTC)Two of my cousins live in Noosa. I have no earthly idea how they cope in the summer humidity without going insane.

Date: 2005-06-23 11:00 am (UTC)That means it's probably snowing near Moss Vale *sigh* if the weather's still like this tomorrow I'm going to go down tomorrow night and then back up here on Saturday :)
Speaking of Medium - I missed 5 mins in the middle of the ep so I put me out of line with the rest of the ep - her hubby was acting very suspicious towards the end - did we get a reason why?
Also missed SVU and Mary Stuart Masterson was in it *sigh*
