I've had it. Good sleep didn't happen. It's not fair!

About half an hour or so after I went to bed, my mid back started spasming. Not painful but bloody annoying, and unlike anything I've had before. Comes and goes, sometimes every few minutes, other times longer. Got up to take a digesic at 4am. Cried, tossed and turned between 4 and 5am. Got to sleep sometime after that when I discovered if I lay on my side it was just like a small twitch in my side, rather than across my whole back in my normal sleeping positions. Seem to recall waking a few times. Think I got about 6-7 hours sleep, but when you add that to the 2-3 hours the night before, not good.

It's still spasming. With the long weekend, probably wouldn't be able to get a physio appointment until Tuesday. If this continues, I don't know what I'm going to do. I need to sleep. Might need to take 2 digesics (the one time I did, they made me happy) before bed and hope they knock me out.
