Photos of our Christmas decorations that my sister put up yesterday below the cut. The tree is in a different room to normal, due to the huge volume of presents for the kidlets and lack of room in the loungeroom.
















Santa's been on the fire truck (poor Puff the Tragic Wagon was MIA), watched the carols, and bedtime soon. Brother and AJ are here, other brother and sister-in-law and the kidlets tomorrow afternoon.

Heh! Our Chrissie day is supposed to be 27C (81F) in the city and ~32C (90F) in the rest of Sydney and on the humid side. I'd prefer a lot cooler!

Got photos and video of the fire trucks 2 years ago here (http://krazykitkat.livejournal.com/475722.html). The bush firies will thankfully have another good quiet Christmas.

Baubles from the ceiling!!! I was SO going to dangle some from the beams in the living room but my Christmas bubble of energy burst last week. Though it currently reflating because (a) I am home and don't have to go back to work for 4 whole days and (b)I got a Christmas card that made me SQUEAL. Thank you!!!!!!

Mum bought more pretty baubles last year and then realised they wouldn't fit on the tree, so hence the hanging from the doorways :)

Your tree is so cheerful! And I really love the strings of ornaments -- that's an idea I'm tucking away in the back of my mind. =D

We've really fallen in love with the strings :) That tree is about 36 years old, the ornaments are from over the years.
