It seems to be that a couple of nights good sleep in a row (around 8-9 hours solid) means that I can't sleep the next night. Which considering I'm chronically tired/exhausted, no matter how much sleep I get, is really stupid.
Doesn't help that now I have my period, which makes me extra tired and makes it hard to get comfortable to sleep. I called in sick to work today (was only supposed to be on for 4 hours) because I'm so exhausted I'm having trouble standing. Also slept in instead of going to tafe yesterday morning.

Add in my period and I feel like all the energy has seeped out the bottom of my feet.
Thanks, Hon. I had about 4 hours if I was lucky Sunday night. Better Monday night, not so great last night, which combined with my period has left me totally exhausted and drained today to the point I've barely got the strength to stand up and so have called in sick to work.
