OMG OMG!!!!

Mum and I just booked to see Mandy Patinkin in Concert at the Opera House!!! I gave up years ago on ever seeing him live. I'm about to cry! We only found out about it a short time ago from my adopted grandmother who lives up on the Queensland border, she'd seen it in the paper.

If any of the other Sydneysiders are interested, go here. There's two concerts: Saturday 17 June at 8pm, Sunday 18 June at 3pm. We're going the Sunday. He's also playing Adelaide, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

I'm just...giddy! While I've seen quite a bit of musical theatre, I've never been to a concert. It's not something I'm really interested in, I tend to not like 'in concert/live' tracks on cds, so for me at least I don't think I'm missing anything. But Mandy is the one person I've always said I would go and see, he's a showman. But I never thought it would happen.
