Does Lost get any better in season 2? Because the season 2 premiere sucked. When Jack met Desmond I thought he might be the man in the hatch, because otherwise what was the point of introducing him. But it's so stupid. I like science fiction/horror/supernatural type shows, but I'm really finding the majority of Lost (especially now that I have had a number of months break from it) extremely hard to swallow.

yep. The Tailies annoy me, with the exception of Eko. Him, I like. But the season starts very slow. It does get better.

I had a quick look through summaries of upcoming episodes and I couldn't contain the eye rolling, especially at all the "coincidental" meetings between the characters or people they were related to before the plane crash.

It's just stretching credibility a bit too far.

I'm of the opinion that the season doesn't get better. But I keep watching for Locke.

I love Locke (Terry is one of my favourite actors). But I was so bored and eye rolling in that episode. I'm really struggling to maintain interest.
