Christmas Surprises

Disclaimer: Wish they were, but they aren't.
Author's Note: Hopefully you will recall Becca from "Touching Home Base".
Merry Christmas to Rhonda, Athena, Kat and Lida Rose, my wonderful friends.
Danny watched the delight on his young niece's face as she talked to
CJ. He didn't know how to thank her for the kindness she'd shown to his
family since his mother's death. Well, there was one way, but they'd
agreed that it was one---
"Uncle Danny." Becca handed him the phone. "CJ said there's a surprise at
the front door."
"What are you up to, CJ?"
"You walking towards the front door with Becca?"
He caught up and helped unlock the door. "Opening now."
"Santa!" Becca yelled.
A gloved hand grabbed his shirtfront, pulling him in for a kiss.
