Shades Of - still don't understand how that one worked as it did.

Not sure whether I have a technical series as such. There's a couple of stories that have a sequel.

CJ/Toby, hello, and your CJ/Danny, oh, teh love.

CJ/Marco...interesting...

And thank you :sniff:

(I'm going to take over the world, and making CJ/Marco everyone's OTP will be my first order of business.) (Need more sleep.)

1. Either "Need" or "Shades Of"
2. Tomorrow/Sweet Sighs and Broken Pleasures
3. CJ/Toby
4. CJ/Sam (because I'm on that kick)
5. Carol/Donna
6. I love your ability to capture emotion.
7. Can't think of anything at the moment.
8. Athenaeum, I think.
9. Not sure.
10. Absolutely.

2. Tomorrow/Sweet Sighs and Broken Pleasures

Glad someone likes them. I'll try and get the third one finished.

4. CJ/Sam (because I'm on that kick)

I've started one, not working too well. Sam is the character I've always avoided writing, he doesn't speak to me.

And thank you.

1. Athenaeum. I think it's the first time I read you and it blew me away.
2. Tomorrow/Sweet Sighs and Broken pleasures. I remember sending you feedback before I 'knew' you and being chuffed to bits that you replied.
3.CJ/Toby. Of course.
4. Toby and Josh friendship. I can't stand Toby!slash, but you write him so perfectly, that I'd like to see this.
5. See 3. :D
6. Everything. It's so easy - your mastery of dialogue is unparalleled and you manage to say more in ten words than others do in three times as many. You are never pretentious.
7. That is causes you grief.
8. See 1.
9. I loved Cathy and Becca in Touching Home Base. I got to know you then (thanks, again, to Rhonda) and you let me see a bit of how your writing mind works. It was an honour and it still is.
10. Absolutely.

Now get on with the CJ/Toby smut. Please. Please? ;)

Toby and Josh friendship...will have a think.

And yes to 7.

9. You were my saviour with Becca :) And so glad we got to know each other.

I'm trying. It's the story you know, only written a few more sentences and can't work out whether I should use 'cock' and I so can't write detailed smut :\

It's the story you know
I was kind of hoping it was! And I can handle 'cock', so to speak ;). Go for it. Write whatever comes to mind and then send it to me and I'll tell you if it's too much?

Heh! Well if anyone can handle... ;)
And yes, I will. Need to loosen the censor in my brain.

1. Athenaeum - One of my all time favourite West Wing fics, actually.
2. *blush* I haven't read as much as your new stuff as I want to. Three month holiday coming up, though . . .
3. CJ/Danny. CJ/Toby - I don't read CJ/Danny except for yours
4. I'm happy with reading the pairings you already write
5. CJ/Toby - you've got a nice Toby voice
6. Hmm. I have trouble laying a finger on what it is exactly - there's a whimsical quality to your fic, but a practicality all the same. Does that make sense?
7. That I never seem to have enough time to read it.
8. Athenaeum
9. I can't remember an original character - but then it's 5.50 on a Sunday morning *g*
10. Yes

I'm honoured on so many fronts, especially my CJ/Danny, and Athenaeum. That's a story I still look back at and am convinced I didn't write it.
And it does make sense. Interesting, never thought of it that way.
Thank you.

1. Athenaeum
2. Do 5 Things That Never Happened count as a series? Because I loved.
3. I suppose nothing's substituted CJ/Toby as my pairing, much as I've lost interest in reading it. But, with certain exceptions, I really don't mind what the pairing is if it's well done and fits approximately my view of the characters. So, I like all your pairings.
4. Well, see above, but I certainly wouldn't be averse to seeing you try your hand at CJ/Josh or CJ/Abbey.
5. CJ/Donna
6. It's unpretentious, which is rare in the "quality" side of fandom. This is reflected in characterisation as well as style, and avoids the artificial taste left by many overblown portrayals.
7. Hmm. I can think of the odd time I'd have liked one of your fics to be a bit longer, but I suppose that's actually proof of liking your writing rather than the opposite.
8. May Day
9. CJ's mother in How Could I Ever Know
10 Yes

And here I've been cursing my inability to write more "blown" portrayals :)
Thank you.

1. Different Kinds of Comfort, Touching Home Base, Taste Test , More Bad Girl.
2. Travelling East (cowritten with Rhonda), the one involving San Francisco (can’t remember the title).
3. CJ/Danny.
4. CJ/Abbey.
5. CJ/Danny.
6. Your attention to detailed description of both physical things and thoughts. You have the characterization down very well, and the dialogue sounds like what the characters would say.
7. I don’t like knowing that you’re going to be upset about it, whether you finish and post it or not.
8. I’m not sure, but I think it was Touching Home Base.
9. Honestly can’t remember any. I’m pretty CJ/Danny-centric.
10. Yes.

CJ/Abbey...I love writing both and their friendship...but something more...I go screaming into the darkness ;)

Thank you.

1. Absolute favorite - Athenaeum. I like the rest but this one always stands out. Of course, Shades Of and Choice are right up there too.

2. Tomorrow & Sweet Sighs.

3. CJ/Toby. I'm a Toby girl at heart, what can I say?

4. Umm... CJ/Carol? I like the way you write them both, so... .

5. CJ/Donna.

6. It's so easy to see what's going on. You don't waste space. You let us feel along with the characters. And it makes me think.

7. Your doubts.

8. I have absolutely no idea. It must have been a CJ/Toby though because I only read your CJ/Danny (which I would have seen at your site as opposed to a list.)

9. Suzanne. (I like your version of her - the way I picture her.)

10. Absolutely.

Athenaeum is probably my favourite too. My mum wanted me to try and get it published (with the slight alterations to "originalise") but I think all the quotes and the lyrics are a copyright nightmare.
And thank you for liking Choice. I was proud of that. Unfortunately my pride took a bit of a dent.
And Sweet Sighs. another one where my ego took a battering.

CJ/Carol...well I did have a CJ/Carol/Danny idea, but it's such pure porn I can't bring myself to put it down on paper ;)

Thank you so much.
