The amazing, wonderful and talented mandysbitch wrote me Sheppard/Weir for Chrissie. And it's fabulous (and adds to my love of Elizabeth). I command you to go and read!

Following tangleofthorns, request one of my stories and I'll do DVD commentary. I haven't got an archive anymore, but hopefully you'll be able to remember them. If you can't remember a title, just give me a summmary of the story. I've already done a commentary for Shades of.

When the hell is LJ going to be fixed? Still barely getting any comments through, and I only get my own replies through when I'm replying to a comment that came through.

Amazon has Homicide Life on the Street cheap, and I mean around 60% cheaper. But I just bought all of Farscape...maybe I just choose a few of the seasons for now...like 1&2, and 3 and...

And I have a cd of a gig that Chanel Cole did in Bega earlier in the year. 5 of her original songs, and it's an absolute travesty that she hasn't been signed up. Her fan club did a lovely job of producing the cd, looks very professional. And her voice... *swoon*

And the Toby/CJ/Danny is finally moving again. Over the hump with a spattering.

I wrote this in 1999, partly as a response to the loss of the last of my grandparents. I don't know whether it's good writing or not, but it's very personal.

Out to dinner tonight with the family. And I ate well and no anxiety. Best I've felt eating out in years. Hope it continues. Have farewell (maternity leave) lunch for my boss on Friday, and her baby shower on Saturday.

Any Atlantis fic writers/connoisseurs that could have a look at about 300 words and tell me how much I suck? It's Weir and Sheppard, but not shippage as such. Major spoilers for Before I Sleep and kinda for The Gift. I'm really struggling.

Hilarious and the whole cast wonderfully in character.

Rodney McKay. Astrophysicist and professional doomsayer. Elizabeth guessed he was still grumpy over the 'bunnies' vs 'felines' question. And, possibly still missing that cat of his. It didn't terribly surprise her that he'd had a cat back on Earth. Rodney McKay embodied the concept of cat-ness: solitary, aloof, happy to be worshipped, adored, and admired, but secretly wanting someone to scratch him behind the ears or about the neck - metaphorically in Rodney's case, but the comparison still stood.
