I'm having a bit of an affair with NCIS:LA at the moment.

There needs to be a Hetty icon with 'International Woman of Mystery'. Linda Hunt is beyond gorgeous.

And Kensi/Deeks is my new ship. I saw someone compare their dynamic to Zoe/Wash, and I nodded.

And the most recent episode was filled with fabulous Hetty and more than a few laughs.


Guys: Federal agents.
Deeks: LAPD!
Guys: NSA!
Kensi: NCIS!
Deeks: M-O-U-S-E!
Us: Heh!


And Kensi kicking the guy in the balls based on his accent, and Deeks' reaction, and then Sam and Callen. They'd prefer to be pistol-whipped around the head. And Kensi rolling her eyes at their reactions.

Deeks calls Kensi to the park where he's just finishing yoga with a number of leotard clad women.

Kensi: My god, you’re using me as bait.

Deeks: No, not bait, as a wing-man. This is what partners do.

Kensi: Do you know how utterly unprofessional this is?

Deeks: You should tell them.

Kensi: What?

Deeks: Don’t stop, keep telling me, get mad. Act like we're breaking up. Get angry. Ready, go.

Kensi: Are you for real? (begins to walk away)

Deeks: Partner. Oh, come on, Sunshine. Wait!

Kensi: Stay away from me. It's over. I can't do this anymore.

Deeks: Listen, I’m sorry. I know that it's tough when I'm on the road all the time...touring..with the band. (scantily clad women eyeing him more and smiling)

Kensi: I don’t care about that. You cheated on me...with my brother!

Scantily clad women look shocked and walk away.

Deeks: (laugh) That's just mean.

Kensi's victory arms.
