You have such a way with these characters, Kat. I adore your writings. And this one surprised me, because what I thought might be causing his delay ended up completely off-base -- the direction taken instead was unexpected and delightfully funny (especially when she already knows what's going on and launches a t-shirt at him in response, LOL).
