Anyone watch Brothers and Sisters?

It's starting here Monday. Not sure about it. With a few exceptions, I am not a fan of relationship based shows (Men in Trees is starting to bore me after about half a dozen eps; I watched 6 Feet Under for I think 2 seasons, but watching it felt like a chore and I couldn't stand any of the major characters (I did have a soft spot for Claire) - I felt bad (and dumb) because so many of you loved it, but then the first episode of The Sopranos put me to sleep (literally), so maybe I am dumb).

One huge question came out of the season premiere of Criminal Intent - was Eames' bird okay?

I don't watch any of those shows, unfortunately, but I've heard really good things about Brothers and Sisters, so you should definitely give it a try.

There's no reason to feel dumb because shows put you to sleep! I can think of a whole list of things I don't like, or don't "get", that my friends love. Just means your tastes are different.

The Sopranos never interested me, so I didn't even bother!

I do.....and I like it, which suprised me. Took me about 3 eps to realy fall into it though. And I was prepared not to like it,not being a huge fan of 2 of the leads, but the group effort won me over. And I've never watched any of the others either, despite trying to.

the show has really grown on me. the first two eps were a little grating (stupid calista flockhart) but seriously, it turns into a really excellent show. it's not all that relationship based - well, except that it's a family. but i liken it more to a kind of l word type relationship show. rachel griffiths is amazing, as always, and so is ron rifkin. and the twists keep coming, and it's never boring. granted, i have a lot to catch up on (though i did watch this week's episode) but i really like it.
