accentuate the positive...
Feb. 1st, 2007 12:39 amIn a bid to try and find good things and use them to help prop me up...
1. I made it to work today. It was bloody difficult with quite the panic attack during the car trip, but I made it and finished things. And hence there will be money.
2. Dinner was lovely. Home-made hamburgers - cheese, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, pineapple, prime quality mince, onion. And last night was lovely too - ham, chips, and salad. And just had my midnight snack of a slice of coffee and walnut cake. They need to make a perfume of the smell, I sniff the cake.
3. I enjoyed Heroes much more than I expected, especially since I'm not a fan of super heroes or comic books.
4. Medium was back tonight, and SVU and CI are back tomorrow.
5. I'm smitten with Lara Kate. Can't get enough of her. She's vocalising and taking notice of things around her. And she's starting to interact, we were playing with my plush duck with her and she kept trying to suck its beak. Plus she's just so damn gorgeous. I put on her little jeans after she'd been changed, and put one arm in her little cardigan. And apparently she loves the plush bright yellow cow I gave her last week, K says she goes nuts when she sees it.
