Why the hell is Good Night and Good Luck getting such a limited distribution here? Greater Union originally had it as one of their "coming soon", but aren't screening it at all. Hoyts has only got it at their cinema at Moore Park. Roseville Cinema has it, but the North Shore trainline will be shut down between Chrissie and New Year. So looks like I'm going to have no chance of seeing it.

My cousin is in Mercy Hospital for Women in Melbourne (apparently the best place she can be, it's the largest maternity hospital in Victoria). She's 28 weeks pregnant and her water broke on Wednesday, but she hasn't gone into labour. She'll be spending the rest of the pregnancy there, she's on antibiotics and steroids, and she's healthy, and the doctors are hoping that they'll have another 4 weeks, and maybe even make it to full term.

She had problems with bleeding several times earlier in the pregnancy, but this baby is a tenacious little bugger and is holding on.

Prayers/good thoughts/vibes are welcome.
