(no subject)

Have caught my sister's throat infection. Was fine when I went to bed, but my throat was sore and nose snuffly when I woke up a few hours later. And I can feel it getting worse. And what's the bet that I'll need antibiotics sometime on the weekend? Will have yoghurt after dinner and hope that's enough to keep it at this level.
I virtually haven't had a throat infection in the last 5 years, and this is my second in 2 months. I so hope this isn't a return to the bad old days of constant throat infections :(
Also got my period, 44 days, much better than the previous 18 days.

Finished editing the monster, it's with Rhonda for a final read through.
Now I'm obsessing over the idea of typos, because let's face it, in 46000 words there's likely to be a couple no matter how many times I or others check through it. And I'm pretty anal about typos.
I just can't let go of it. It's not as though no one else has read it, I think 3 have read the whole thing. They said they like it. But I'm just...maybe because it's the longest thing I've ever written, and it's really only half the story. Maybe because it might prove whether I have the ability to write novels...it's over 2 years of my life...I'm terrified and I'm stupid for feeling this way.
