Incompetence, stickers and gapeage

And that last one probably isn't a word, but it's what I mean.

Just when you think government departments can't get any more incompetent they prove you wrong. My sister's Youth Allowance is dropping by $70 per fortnight because 3 years later they have finally realised that her older brother isn't at uni. This is after they were told he'd left, after 3 years of forms where he hasn't been listed as a sibling receiving YA...looks like someone finally did their job. If they try to demand repayment of 3 years for her and a year and a half for the other brother...they will have a fight on their hands.
I told them I was being overpaid, they recalculated and told me no it was right, then they demanded repayment when they finally realised I was right. I fought them and kept the overpayment. One brother got a letter asking why he wasn't enrolled at Auburn High...ummm, maybe because it's over the other side of Sydney? My sister had started uni and then got a letter saying her payment had been stopped because she wasn't enrolled at Marrickville High, her best friend who was attending another uni got the same letter. This is only a small cross section of the incidents over the last 10 years...forms getting lost between floors, a new health care card arriving and the next day receiving a letter saying that they couldn't issue one because the form hadn't been received...

I have reverted to a 10 year old. The edge of my computer screen and computer are now covered in stickers of butterflies, cartoony little kids and Pooh and co...it's a little distracting.

Watching my WW videos - 5 Votes Down. I don't really like CJ's dress and there is a couple of unfortunate moments of gapeage. But I do like Mandy's, the colour and the style. And probably the most Toby laughage of any episode. The look on his face as POTUS hugs him - hee
