krazykitkatAnd the day had started off well.
Mum had to be at the hospital (the SAN for the Sydneyites) at 6:15am. Was being operated on after 8, the doctor rand at 9 and said everything had gone well, she'll be a lot more comfortable now (well after the initial discomfit) and the colonoscopy found nothing, no polyps (yay!). She has a little diviculitis, but the doctor said that's normal and age related.
Dad went up and saw her at 10.30, she couldn't feel anything and was okay. We'll go and see her later this arvo.
And hopefully she'll be home tomorrow morning.
