I don't even ship Deeks/Kensi and I loved this to little bits and pieces...your characterisation of Kensi is spot on and I love her relationship with Deeks here, how protective he is of her, how she let's him in. Their conversation where she tells him what her dad would have said to him was heartbreaking. Bravo!
