Went out to dinner tonight.
Eating out is my major panic attack trigger. Has been a problem of some type for about 15 years, worse the last 6.
I did pretty good. Wasn't really anxious (more amazing since an hour before I was feeling nauseated from bad period pain), ate more than my usual plain chicken, enjoyed it.
And in the past two weeks at work I've eaten cake and a muffin.
I know it probably sounds stupidly minor, and I've still got a way to go, but I've taken more steps forward in the last month than in years.
