I love DVDs!

krazykitkatWent to KMart yesterday to try and find Frances on dvd (with Jessica Lange - amazing but distressing film about the actress Frances Farmer, haven't seen it in about 10 years). Couldn't find it, but I gave into my Allison Janney obsession, buying Drop Dead Gorgeous and How To Deal. Not the greatest films, but 15% off and it's Allison! And I smiled at the front cover of How To Deal with Allison Janney "The West Wing". They know how to market it out here ;)
Mum managed to find Frances for me today.
And some great dvds coming out in the next few months: The Sweet Hereafter (which I haven't been able to find either on tv or video since I saw it at the movies so long ago), Prime Suspect (boxset of the first 5, I'm telling myself that I don't need it), Man from Snowy River, Gods Must Be Crazy 1 and 2...

I don't think I'm cut out for writing. I'm too much of a perfectionist and it stresses me. Plus I have no discipline, and being published is nothing but a fantasy.
These last few weeks with being so frustrated and it's like pulling teeth...it's making me so depressed. Maybe it's best I stop all of it now.
