The NARAL website said that apparently it was deliberately written to be unconstitutional to force it to the Supreme Court in an attempt to overturn RvW. And South Dakota got theirs through (though it did give the exception for the life of the mother), though it looks like it may have to go to referendum.
Just the fact that they're putting these bills up is scary and worrying enough. That people still think that way in this day and age.
